“i had some pens done for a conference i was attending - i recieved them in a sufficient amount of time - however the quality of the printing on the pens was so bad i was unable to use them and give them out. i contacted your customer service and made a complaint - was asked to send in pics of the poor quality - which i did - but heard nothing back - will not use this service again.. not good enough really”

Hi Jimmy, I can see our team were in contact as the courier was having issues with your delivery address. We last followed up in December to confirm they had arrived and had no response so I'm assuming they got their in the end.

“Western Australia buyers beware. If you need this in a hurry I would say choose another option. Express shipping is offered and charged, (which we paid for) however it is road freight. You might get it in time, you might not. We did not.”

Hi Samantha, I have just had a look through your order details and I can see that there was quite some back and forth between you and our Customer Care team about whether or not to add express shipping as our team clearly stated it can not be guaranteed so you were debating whether to add it or not. I am so sorry this has happened. For your reference, our free regular freight is approx 10 business days from us to Perth (this is sent with Aus Post or Aramex) so the TNT Road Express is actually still quite a lot quicker. The pens are on board for delivery today which is 1 day later than our team estimated. Tiffany.

“I made an order for custom made bucket hats and they got the sizing wrong and instead of just offering to fix my order up and send me the correct order, this is what they offered me via email. Unfortunately, I am now out of stock of the larger size, and my restock order isn't due to arrive till late June. I have larges available in the Royal blue and Black option, would you like me to have the missing 15 larges done up in one of those colours? If you would like to go with another colour let me know, I will organize a courier to pick up the 15 medium or I can offer them to you a 50% discount. Another option would be a 50% refund for the order over them being redone. How this shouldve been handled was they tell me that they will send the correct order ASAP because I stipulated that this order was a practice order for maybe many big orders to come and they knew this order was for a show case we were having by a certain weekend and wanted to give out merchandise. Very disappointed with how this company have handled my order issue.”

“Ive ordered the same item a few times now with no problems but the last lot of pens ive bought are useless to be honest. The ink is very faint as in not very dark and im having problems writing on anything. They just dont seem to want to lay any ink down even on clean paper.”
