That was like 4 hours after I've bought the plugin. She refused and said: "If you downloaded the plugin you are not entitled to a refund. I will check the download logs."
Yeah, I downloaded the plugin to see if it suits my need and realize its not, so what ? you keep my money ?
At the end, Extension Works have literally STOLE my money. After realized that they dont want to refund, I tried to contact them by email to understand why and I never got a reply ! I have also contacted them on their facebook page and THEY HAVE BANNED ME off their FB page!! So yeah ! they try to hide from me..and left with my $54 buck !
