Our records indicate your order was placed on 4/25, you did request a production rush.
We produced and shipped your order the following day on 4/26.
For shipping method you selected our "Trackable" which we provided an expectation of order receipt between 6 and 10 business days. Records indicate your order delivered on 5/13.
We do agree the expectations fell short of normal expectations and have refunded you 1/2 of the shipping charge, in the amount of $9.26.
Please accept our apologies as this is certainly not the customary experience!
