Mike answered all my anxious and imprecise emails, and proved to be really patient throughout. Ex Why Zed also works with GfSmith and get the paper you might need either from them or via their 'in-house' products... The attention they give is quite rare these days. “Reliable and high quality. I turned to Ex Why Zed after problems with other printers, and after doing two small print runs of my magazine, they have proven reliable, quick, fairly priced and high-quality in terms of the finished product. Moreover, they solve problems if any issues do arise: there was an issue with the delivery service on the first print run they did for me, and they switched delivery company as a result. During the latest print run I experienced no problems whatsoever: a very smooth process. The only criticism I might have is that, although communication is swift, it feels slightly impersonal as communication occurs via a general email address only, and there is no option to talk to someone over the phone (no phone number is made available). That aside - highly recommend!”
