“ Read some poor reviews but my experience was perfectly okay. Ordered some Scarpa approach shoes (great by the way) which arrived 10 days later to me in the uk. The only minor frustration is that the shipment number provided is not the actual DHL number so you can’t track the order until DHL contact you directly just prior to delivery but that, eXXpozed customer services, should be easy to correct? Would certainly use again. ”

“ That was the first time when I had ordered from the shop as I found the Fjallraven parka and I really wanted to have this:) I currently live in Sydney Australia so long way away, and I must say that I wasn't sure if thing will go wright? I had very good experience with the shop, the customer service was very good and when I was concerned about delivery time I was reassured that all is good and the customs take longer with the border crossing to Australia. ”
