“Customer support is very limited and the webpage is really bad. I have been searching for the area where I can alter my subscription delivery dates, or cancel, if need be, but I see no way to do it. I got no reply to my question in chat. The webpage needs a serious overhaul to make it more user friendly!”

“I purchased 6 bottles of drye eye comfort 8 days ago. Tracking says "Awaiting shipment" still. However it says I should have received by 11/2. Just wondering if/why package is not even shipped yet??? Told by cust. serv. that i need to wait until 11/16 and then they will "check into it" as they are having shipping problems. Should change shippers or alert people that they need to wait weeks ahead of time. Not happy as I am a return customer and spend tons of $ on these. Don't even know if they help but take them in desperation for my severe DED. Want my items or a refund...very poor customer service. Will be changing to another brand recommended by my doctor!”

Hi Carol, sorry to hear that! It looks like your package is on it's way. We shipped it out the next business day, but sometimes USPS can have delays. We will make sure it gets delivered to you, or else we will refund you or send you a replacement right away.

We are aware of the negative press around this ingredient. Although there is no scientific data to suggest that it is harmful, we are working to remove it from the product. Currently it is used to make the vegan capsule for the softgel.
