I tried to cancel my order a few times as I paid a ton of money to ship 2 days and it is just now shipping . I want a refund . Do not buy from this place .

I was charged for 2 sets on contacts before order was even shipped out. There was an issue with prescription and customer service was responsive but had zero empathy for my concerns of being charged for the one that would not process nor did they advise on a refund. Will never use again.

Well the last order I recived both eye contacts were defective. Every time I used them for a week or two the one eye was always blurry and the other eye the contact would tear for no reason. I complained but no refund was sent. I am trying again. If it happens again I will no longer be a customer.

On April 30 2025 I make an order, and I never received, and I get charged for it I’m using affirm as a payment method and being paid for something then I never get, I need this to be canceled and refund it, please! The only email I’m getting for EZ Contacts is this one to review your service, but I don’t have nothing good to say now.😡

It wasn’t until I was forced to call- which was not answered by a live person- I eventually received a return call and requested a refund.

Said they could not ship my order and I requested a refund I’m customer service said they would respond in one to two business days. Never received a response and ordered elsewhere then suddenly said my order had shipped. If one is the lowest I can give them that is the one I intend to give them.

I will never order from EZ Contacts again and buyer beware. I paid extra for 2 day shipping. My order arrived on the 3rd business day after shipping so I received on the 5th day after shipping as it didn’t arrive before the weekend. They wouldn’t refund my shipping and blamed on FedEx. Not my problem.
