Refund - Difficult

Horrible! I paid for my contacts to be delivered for the NEXT DAY and I won’t get them til maybe Monday. Ordered Friday and it should’ve been here SATURDAY, yesterday and I WILL be getting my full refund or they will give me another order of FREE contacts!

I placed an order on April 25th and chose the option to have express shipping, but they were closed for Passover, so my order wasn't even processed until the 1st. The option for express shipping should have been disabled if they were going to be closed for a holiday. I emailed them to ask if I would receive a refund for the express shipping and I have not gotten any response. So far customer service has been nonexistent.

Terrible. Placed an order and paid additional for shipping to have my order arrive 3 to 5 days. I'm leaving on vacation and yet order hasn't even been shipped after 5 days. Reached out to customer service and they email back saying closed till may1st? Then you should have made disclaimer on website before people place order. I want full refund. Worst experience ever. No one should have to experience this.

I paid extra for a one day business day and that did not happen. I have yet to get them and would like a refund. I paid more because I needed them asap. Very disappointed. Would like my money back. Absolutely ridiculous. Will not be ordering from here again!

Unfortunately the glasses delivered were absolutely unwearable. Customer service on the return was good, but will be requesting refund instead of replacement since I am not confident they would deliver quality in the replacement pair.

I don’t think you want my review. I ordered 2 pairs of sunglasses for my daughters as gifts after we lost my husband. Then I came upon bad reviews and the BBB reviews about how bad you guys are so I got scared and one pair is on the way which is great the other not in stock maybe another 2-3 weeks really you let people order things that aren’t in stock and don’t let them know so I chose to get a refund for the one pair which I heard you guys are not good at that either so now I have to scramble to find something for my other daughter so I can give both daughters their surprises to help make things a little easier so not happy at all

This person promised to cancel the order and refund the charge, but a few days later the package arrived at my house and I have not received any cancellation email.

First they say frames are in stock they were not! took a week for them to tell me that then refused to give a refund saying frames are in production they were not! Then after weeks of waiting for a reply they say frames have shipped and I payed extra for 2 day shipping did not receive in 2 days! This was a horrible experience with this company.
