I emailed the customer service and manager from abroad demanding a refund: needless to say, i have not received it.

I ordered my contacts on July 7th and my contacts are in the process of being shipped 7/14. I received no compensation or phone call from a rep indicating a refund in shipping, a discount for another purchase, etc. it’s been 1 week and my contacts haven’t even been shipped yet. I’ve done business with EZContacts before but this time it will be my last for my wife and I. Horrible experience. Disappointing.

I was charged shipping though it's supposed to be free. When I discovered the descriptency, I called customer service and was told they couldn't refund the expedited shipping fee because my lenses had already shipped. Not good customer service if you ask me.

Very poor customer service and an extremely long wait time for shipping. Never receiving an update until after i asked for a cancellation and refund multiple times. Beware!!!!

Paid for one day shipping and three business days later they still haven’t shipped my order. I’d like a refund on the extra shipping charges.

When I asked for a refund immediately after being told about the stock issue they stopped all communication despite multiple attempts on my end and waited NINE DAYS to reply to me, finally saying, sorry the item has shipped, would you like to return it? At which point I had received it.

I tried to cancel my order a few times as I paid a ton of money to ship 2 days and it is just now shipping . I want a refund . Do not buy from this place .

I was charged for 2 sets on contacts before order was even shipped out. There was an issue with prescription and customer service was responsive but had zero empathy for my concerns of being charged for the one that would not process nor did they advise on a refund. Will never use again.

Well the last order I recived both eye contacts were defective. Every time I used them for a week or two the one eye was always blurry and the other eye the contact would tear for no reason. I complained but no refund was sent. I am trying again. If it happens again I will no longer be a customer.
