They are scammed hotel providers.. I booked hotel through them which was worst in hygiene and cleanliness.. I moved out from the hotel.. Once you book through fabhotel you are gone they will not entertain you for any support or service or complaints.. Worst .. please stay way from such scammers

Worst service is given I have booked the hotel for Coimbatore and the I was with my parents and I have asked him for check in time - 5 am and he said ok and he told me the amount 4500 and he discounted and asked me to pay the 25%amount advance so I paid and after that he told me that you get a confirmed mail When I got the mail the amount was 4800 and and I have to pay extra 600 for early checkin and when I contact customer care they said sorry we can’t do anything we refund your amount in next 6 working days worst service name of person was lakshya Pratap who gave the false commitment

⚠️ Extremely unethical handling of bookings – Please read before booking I booked FabHotel Martini’s Residency Pondicherry (Jan 10-11) through Booking.com after seeing the good ratings on the platform. As per the booking policy, no advance payment was required. However, I was contacted directly by a staff member from FabHotel and asked to pay an advance of ₹650. Since it was a weekend and I did not want to risk losing accommodation, I paid the amount. After payment, I received only a receipt confirmation message. My follow-up queries were ignored. On reaching Pondicherry, I was shocked to be told that the hotel was fully booked and that my reservation had already been cancelled, without any intimation to me. I was left stranded despite having a confirmed booking and having paid an advance. When I spoke to the hotel directly, they showed me their communication with the Fab group, clearly indicating that my booking had already been cancelled, yet the advance was still collected from me. Even worse, FabHotel continued to inform Booking.com that my reservation was “active,” when in reality no room existed. It became clear that FabHotel operates on a commission-based tie-up model, with little accountability to guests. Collecting advance money after knowing a booking is cancelled, and misrepresenting booking status to booking platforms, is highly unethical. After this incident, I went back and reviewed Google ratings more carefully and noticed multiple similar reviews describing the same pattern—advance money being collected, bookings cancelled without notice, and guests being stranded on arrival. This made it clear that my experience was not an isolated case, which is deeply concerning. Despite contacting Booking.com customer care and escalating the issue, no effective resolution was provided. I am posting this review across platforms solely to warn other travellers. An experience like this can completely ruin a holiday, especially for families, solo travellers, or those arriving late at night. Please be extremely cautious. Do not rely only on ratings or third-party confirmations, and avoid paying advances outside official payment channels.

They are the most unprofessional and fraudster Company i have ever seen, They do'nt even pick your call once you made the reservation and even if they pick your call as soon as they find out you are not a new customer and you are already booked or have issues they will immediately put your call on hold. and won't answer ever again. Just pathetic service i will say, pay 100-200 more to a good service provider like airbnb and easymytrip or any other as per your preferences.

I reserved a room via call (official customer no.). I booked 2-3 times before I didn’t get any issue at that time but on 02 December 2025. Again I booked a room and when I reached there it’s been middle in night, the hotel staff declined me to give the room because of internal issue with their franchise (fab hotels) and when I called to customer care they didn’t pick and when I connect with new booking they respond and when I asked to connect with them they put me on hold. Guys don’t go with online or if you go, choose “pay at hotel” option.

Bad stay , bad infra , overpriced, staff not friendly very off food for the price breakfast was very bad and had no options and flexibility in timing, no water bottle provided . After paying so much money basic staff and service is an issue, location is also very off , try and book some other hotel , don't come here for sure. Very bad experience with fab, never expected such a thing. Don't try using fab ever again Pathetic call support from their end too. There was no water the first night , all taps leaking all the time. Useless and unhygienic place with hair all over the place.

I had very awful experience. Dont do booking with this bloody team. You will be trouble. I made a booking for pune location ,till I book the customer care executive was over the call. Once i made the advance payment, he simply ignored me. After several calls and message he gave me a booking id no other details. I landed in pune and I was not knowing the location where i have to go. I called the customer care number, they dont respond to the existing, they only talk if you are looking for a new booking. The finally some how I manage to reach the hotel. It was pathetic. I had made a booking for a imaginary room. The hotel name was heaven but I felt it as a hell

Worst service and worst hospitality shown by the FABHOTEL First they dnt update their system .. takes booking … asks for pre payments and during checkin time the hotel tells they are no longer associated with FABHOTEL.. Then FABHOTELS try and accommodate you i the worst possible hotels with no regret or remorse.. i have had a very bad experience of my life after booking with FABHOTEL

I’ve never had such a terrible experience in my life. I had a family gathering in Bangalore, so I booked a hotel in Indra Nagar over the phone. I clearly mentioned that I needed an early morning check-in (around 6 a.m.), as I was arriving in Bangalore with my family after a long overnight journey. The customer service representative (CSR) informed me that early check-in would incur additional charges, which I agreed to pay. After making the initial payment, I received the booking confirmation, which showed the check-in time as 12 noon. Concerned, I called them again. This time, they told me that the early check-in request had already been raised with the hotel, so I didn’t need to worry. However, on the day of arrival, I reached the hotel at 5:50 a.m. When I gave the front desk my booking reference, the staff told me the hotel was fully booked and that they hadn’t received any request for early check-in. I was shocked. I called the CSR again and explained everything. The CSR then asked me to hand the phone to the front desk staff. After speaking with them, the CSR informed me that no rooms were available and admitted that although they had raised the request, it had somehow failed. I was furious—my son was literally falling asleep on the sofa in the reception area. The CSR then said, “Don’t worry, sir, I will find another hotel for you,” and asked me to wait. After about 10 minutes, they arranged a room at a different hotel, located a bit farther away from Indra Nagar. I had no other option, but before accepting the new hotel, I specifically asked the CSR about the standard of the hotel. He assured me that the new hotel offered the same standards and facilities as the original one I had booked. After waiting another 20 minutes, I got a cab and reached the new hotel. But by the time I arrived, they had already removed my booking reference from their system, so I couldn’t even reach the CSR using the original booking number. To make matters worse, the new hotel was awful—completely substandard. I immediately checked the pricing online and found that this hotel was around ₹1300 cheaper than the one I originally booked. I called the customer service again, explained everything from the beginning, and requested a cancellation due to the poor quality of the new hotel. They put me on hold and then disconnected the call. I tried calling four more times, and each time the call was either disconnected, or I was put on hold indefinitely. On the fifth attempt, I specifically requested, “Please don’t disconnect the call after I explain everything,” and the CSR agreed. After explaining everything once again, I requested to cancel the booking. The CSR told me they couldn’t cancel it because I had accepted the new hotel. I explained that I only accepted it because they had assured me the standards were the same, which was clearly not the case. Finally, the CSR said they would raise a ticket for the cancellation and that the initial charges would be refunded soon. However, it has now been nearly 20 days, and no action has been taken. I’ve called twice since, but still no resolution.

Fab hotel, Royal Anandam, Gwalior is really pathetic . No room service, no water, No TV, they switch off AC again and again, service staff are very rude and very un cooperative. Biggest blunder in choosing a fab hotel.least value for money. Never book a fab hotel.

Such a pathetic service by the customer care.. I had booked a room at ramnad with an advance amt of rs 1360.. For 15th-16th august, and had very well informed that we will b checking in only by latenite so that we could extend our stay the next day.. Bt due to an emergency, we had to rush to mdu and i had been continuosly calling up ths customer care right from 2pm to cancel my booking, bt the call got connected only at 5pm aftr umpty number of calls,.. Now they r nt ready to reimburse even a partial amt of my payment stating that all the booking websites take an initial amt for confirmation.. Nt at all, i have been booking through agoda, booking. Com, and even directly to hotels.. None other these stupid platform asks for an initial payment, and even aftr asking them to take a partial payment, they just ignore and the worst behaviour is they just deny ur call during the conversation and put it on hold for even more than half an hr.. Hav never come through such worse customer care ever

Title: Extremely Disappointing Experience – Avoid FabHotel RK Dham Vrindavan I had booked FabHotel Shri RK Residency, Vrindavan (Near Prem Mandir/Banke Bihari Temple) for my family trip from 06 June to 08 June 2025. The booking was made through FabHotels, and I was in contact with Mr. Piyush (+91 96438 38650). While boarding our train from Delhi to Mathura, I received a call from Piyush informing me that FabHotel Shri RK Residency had an electricity issue, and I was offered either a full refund or an alternate hotel, which was 5-6 km away from the temples and main areas. This last-minute change caused major inconvenience to my family. Left with no practical option, we were moved to FabHotel RK Dham, located at 261, Rukmani Vihar, Sector-2, Vrindavan. Unfortunately, this property turned out to be a nightmare. 🔻 Major Issues Faced: Remote location in a jungle-like area with poor roads and no nearby amenities. Very isolated and unsafe in the evenings. Electricity issues in the room (G4, ground floor) – constant voltage fluctuations, flickering lights, and no response from staff despite complaints. Unhygienic conditions – dirty bedsheets, unclean rooms, and insects including frogs inside the room! Unprofessional behavior – staff ignored our repeated complaints, showed no hospitality, and provided regular tap water in reused bottles instead of proper mineral water. No proper housekeeping staff was available to maintain cleanliness or assist guests. We had already paid ₹600 advance + ₹1668 at check-in + ₹500 for an extra mattress, so changing hotels was not an option after check-in. We received 2 confirmation calls from the hotel before arrival, but it seemed like just a formality with no real intention to ensure a smooth check-in or comfort. ⚠️ Overall, this was a terrible experience. We spent two nights in miserable conditions. The hotel is new (barely 2 months old), lacks basic facilities, proper staffing, and is totally unsuitable for families or anyone expecting even minimum standards. Do NOT book FabHotel RK Dham Vrindavan. Save your money and peace of mind — choose a hotel closer to the main temples with proven guest reviews and reliable service.

Never Book with Fabhotels India They show you good rated Hotels and ask for full money and after receiving the Money they down grade your hotel with out any change in Price Further, when you call them they keep you waiting for hours and no response # Fabhotels#
