I am sorry to hear your order was late. Can you confirm you have received it now please?
Unfortunately we can't prevent the odd parcel arriving a little late as we have no control over our courier but we do send all our items tracked and we find we have very few issues with Royal Mail's service most of the time.

Although we work very hard at making sure our images and descriptions help our customers choose the right fabric for their project, it doesn't beat seeing and feeling the fabric first which is why we offer a sample service. We do offer 60 day returns so please email customer.care@fabriclove.co.uk and they will be able to tell you how to return it for a refund.

I am sorry to hear you were not happy with your order.
The standard across fabric retail is to cut multiple quantities of the same fabric as a single piece as it gives the customer more flexibility when using it. Usually our customers request this and prefer it but I am sorry to hear that it is not what you were expecting.
We are always available on phone or email for you to make any specific requests or ask any questions about your order should you want it all cut down into fat quarters.
