“Order a sample in hopes of putting in a full order but the wrong sample was sent. Doesn't fill you with much hope so will go else where.”

“Ordered this for my son's bathroom having used a similar product 3 years ago. I found that these were less flexible than the previous model making it more difficult to fit around radiator pipes. The joints are also fairly brittle so have to be very careful to avoid damage. Finished job however excellent and my son and his wife were absolutely delighted with the end product”

Hi Jane, Thanks for your review, as per our telephone conversation, Tuffnells have marked this down as delivered, obviously in error. We are chasing this for you, as it was marked as delivered, we wouldn't have known anything about this until you called to advise you hadn't received it. Apologies for this, we will be in touch as soon as we get an answer from them. Thanks in advance for your paitence.
