“Order with no issue. Ten minutes later I’m called saying flooring won’t be in stock until end of November....two month wait ! I asked to cancel order as nothing else matched. I then had to chase four times to eventually get confirmation my credit card has been refunded. Very poor service indeed will not use again and would advise checking it’s in stock before you hand over any money to this company.”

“Customer service is excellent but I'm a little disappointed with the delivery service: only able to arrange a delivery slot monday to Friday between 8-6pm. Most people work between these hours so it is difficult to be able to accept a delivery personally and to sign for it.”

“When ordering a sample I should also be told weather or not you have stock of that floor, as I ordered sample and once I received it wanted to order it only to be told you don’t have it in stock. No point in the sample of not in stock!!”

“The samples came very quickly and good quality product but the colour not as dark as looked on line so not what I was looking for. High marks for customer service. Many thanks”

“Samples sent are large enough to be able to see what the flooring will look like in situ, unlike other companies who provide tiny samples. I will be ordering my new floor from them.”
