“Purchase went through quite easy and was supplied with a invoice and delivery date. However because I was working at the time of delivery I paid someone to sit and wait for the delivery and on arrival telephone the floor fitters but on returning from work the paid sitter was still in the house and no delivery.”

“The flooring is lovely. Very good quality. The only reason I give four stars instead of 5 is that we had difficulty getting the panels to stay in and they kept popping up and had to take a small piece of the locking system off to get it to fit flush. It looks lovely down though. Lovely grain and colour”

“Absolutely shocking company, the aftercare we’re appalling. When we finally got our product exchanged after nearly 2 weeks of waiting for it I’m happy with the product. Wouldn’t recommend factory direct.”

“I received my flooring with care and on time. Although I did not receive the x2 smaller items with the flooring”

“I ordered some samples of vinyl flooring. They arrived quickly and are large enough to help me make a decision. I'm very pleased with the service I've received.”

“The quality of the product on first sight is good but as you start to lay it, it becomes clear the design is not very good. While laying it leaves some small gaps that get exaggerated the further you move along. After being laid it pops out when furniture is placed too close to a corner. I would not recommend this product unless you are a very experienced floor fitter with a perfectly floor and a square room. The slightest ridge in the floor and this becomes impossible to lay straight. I spent £1200 ish on the flooring and after only a few days I am ready to rip the lot up and throw it in the bin.”

“Great product and customer service. I’ve ordered LVT for my flooring and it exactly what described in the web company. I returned what’s left and it was done with a great help from them.”

“Very happy with my purchase”

“I have black gloss vinyl tiles and it is impossible to clean without constant marks showing, especially under the kitchen lights! It also shows dust every day, which unfortunately comes through from my new sitting room wool carpet. Have been on my hands and knees trying to clean by hand with just a damp cloth after using a product. If one picks up a speck from the floor, however very small, with clean fingers, it will still show a mark. It looks fantastic, but to keep it looking good is a.nightmare.”

“As expected, good quality and only one day late, but under the circumstances, ore Christmas, that was reasonable. Description on line was correct and price was good..I was happy with everything”
