“Flooring is fantastic, we were left with one board spare. So the measurement tool on your website was super accurate for ordering packs. Good quality and easy instructions. Our first time laying Herringbone ourselves and it worked out so well. Delivery was fast too. Thank you!!”

“Buyer Beware. Absolutely shocking customer service. I asked for a Monday delivery and thought all was fine. Four days early i get a call from a driver saying he had a palette of flooring for me. I was forty miles away at the time. Had to rush around requesting people to go and take my delivery for me. Now i have to go and double handle the delivery from one place to where it should have gone. The message is clear once they have your money they dont give a Dam. Not one phone call, email or text to inform me of early delivery, it just turned up four days early and its your problem to sort out the mess as best you can. I have never known anything like it. A total disregard for the customer.”

“Beautiful flooring and very professional and polite customer service support. The delivery driver was outstanding both times I’ve bought flooring from them. He could see I had broken fingers so he carted 18 boxes of heavy real hardwood flooring from his lorry to a room of my choice. I will always use this company whenever I need flooring or anything else. Outstanding, outstanding, outstanding customer service and delivery driver service”

“Ordering was easy and the recommendations for amount of adhesive and fixings was a great help. My email was answered quickly and change of delivery accepted without any problems. I would say this is the best online customer service I have ever used. Thank you”

“was the cheapest white floor i could find with not having many funds, at first i had my doubts because some of the comments on here but i can say one my best buys the floor is the right colour and its very easy to clean to and doesn't stain to bad if you clean the mess up straight away of course! my brother laid the floor at it being his first time doing a floor like this said was easier then he thought to put down too!! would highly recommend :)”
