“Delivery was speedy, flooring was easy to fit with virtually no waste. The floor looks amazing now it's laid. Very happy 😁 The only downside was we measured carefully and ordered the recommended amount and were short by three planks. Then had to find the same flooring elsewhere as it was out of stock. This is no ones fault, these things happen. We got it sorted in the end.”

“Very happy with the vinyl I purchased from Factory Direct Flooring. From ordering samples to receiving vinyl was effortless. The quality of the vinyl and delivery was first class and I would highly recommend this company to everyone. The item was damaged in transit but I was recompensed without hesitation.”

“the laminate quality was poor (the top couple of laminates looked great but in some boxes at least half of them were poor quality) - I guess it is not their fault but their discounted price is for a low quality product !!”
