“The product itself was a bit difficult to set up, so I had to ask someone with more technical knowledge to assist me. Even then it took a couple more attempts before it was successfully installed. That said I am very pleased with the product as it now works a treat and delivery by Faculty-X was also prompt.”
“The good news - Faculty X provided a very efficient and cost-effective solution and service, I needed a wireless client bridge (Engenius ENS202) & external grade ethernet cabling for our new garden office / studio.
The not-so-good news (purely a product-related 'warning') - the ENS202 has really *awful* documentation and arcane user interface to configure, which gives mis-leading impression that changes are applied, but are actually not saved until a full reboot (?!).
More good news - the cable is buried, office built and the bridge is finally installed, and I would purchase any more exterior solutions from Faculty X :-)”
