“Adam and his team have been amazing, always on hand at any time to answer any questions or help with any minor concerns I had, he kept us updated at every stage of our application and really couldn't have done anymore to help. If your looking for a fast, professional but friendly service and looking for value for money I would fully recommend Adam and the team at Fair Mortgages!!!!”

“Fair Mortgages did a great job in sorting our mortgage. Rob our adviser was professional from day one and kept us informed throughout the whole process. This was the first time we had used a mortgage broker to help us buy a house and we would definitely use this Company again. We got a good mortgage deal based on our requirements and the fee was good value for money. We will be using this mortgage broker again in future.”

“So happy i chose Fair Mortgages. It was the most painless mortgage i've ever applied for and even when i was rejected for one mortgage because the advisors were able to secure me a range of alternative options within the hour. Staff were all professional, polite and friendly and it saved me so much time doing the whole process over the phone and by email. “Would wholeheartedly recommend fair mortgages. They have taken the pain out of navigating the mortgage maze especially in these times of more stringent lending criteria. Our transaction has been far straightforward with a number of false starts and even now as we move through the final stages, I know that I need simply pick up the phone or email and Rob or Adam K. will be able to help.”

“This is the first time I have dealt with this company. Although I haven't met her but Sally is marvellous in handling the clients even on the phone and her approach towards the lenders is fab. She done remortgage of one of my buy to let property very effectively and efficiently. “I had 2 gentlemen assist me with my enquiry and eventual application and both were very helpful, not pressuring like some can be and the 2nd was even able to help me use the apps on my phone to send through documents which saved a lot of time. Well Done.”

“Without any exaggeration Sally and Jenny at Fair Mortgages have been amazing! From the start they have been patient, always availiable to discuss the progress of the mortgage application, clear in what I needed to do, and keeping me update to with any progress made. They are both a very safe pair of hands and I would highly recommend using them to anyone about to apply for a mortage. I can't thank them enough for their patience and most of all enabling me to buy my dream home! If only there was a rating for excellent! :-)”
