“Good at the beginning - very pleasant - easy to deal with. One or two minor errors and slow to get answer to a question about valuation (still not happy with that outcome). Recently failed to respond to new application. Today got a polite "Leave it until Monday - I'm too busy" from Joanne.”

“I can't recommend their services highly enough. From initial call to cash in bank in 4 weeks and that included the Christmas holiday period!! Very impressive response times to enquiries and a calming approach to a usually very stressful process. Thank you.”

“Fair Mortgages were informative, available and prompt in responding to all our queries. Always willing to answer questions when the arose. All steps of the process were explained fully and in a clear way. A successful outcome in finding a mortgage, and getting it accepted. “Helpful from the Start to the end, Helped me wade through all the checks and documents required, Because being self employed, re-mortgaging is complicated, but at the end of the day Fair Mortgages Got the re-mortgage I needed sorted! Where other companies had failed they succeeded! Plus the re-mortgage is with a mainstream bank and not a finance company I had assumed I would end up with, So Im delighted. Thanks.”

“I was called immediately following my internet enquiry. The advice was prompt and useful and the documentation I had to provide was minimal with scanned copies acceptable. I received decision in principle within an hour and a formal offer in 2 working days. The advisor was personable and knowledgeable and found me a better rate than I found on moneysupermarket.com which suited my circumstances (which were slightly complicated). Can't fault the service.”

“The service I received from Fair Mortgages was at the highest standard. This was both from Adam Kearns in the customer service team dealing with the day-to-day tasks and progressing my mortgage and also from Adam Arnott the mortgage advisor, who talked me and partner through the different options very clearly. I would 100% recommend Fair Mortgages to family and friends.”
