“I would definitely recommend Fair Mortgages. Robert, Helen and Adam have been fantastic. They are efficient and very pleasant to deal with. They also managed to secure us with a mortgage where others had declined.”

“I can not thank Emily and Helen enough! I had recently been dealing with another company who advised to wait until August and was willing to wait until I spoke with Emily who was upbeat and positive about the situation, she was so helpful offering the best advice and we decided to try our luck with fair mortgages. I am so pleased that I decided to go with Emily and we have now secured our mortgage offer! Emily and Helen calmed me down through the whole process, were there to offer advice and chase when needed. Emily even sent me emails while she was supposed to be on holiday just to keep me calm. I really can not put into words how much of a credit Emily and Helen are to fair mortgages. “I cannot express my gratitude for Lindsay obtaining my mortgage, despite my age, and the fact that major financial institutions will not lend to anyone beyond 75 years. I am also very grateful, that when I changed from plot 62 to plot 11, she took it in her stride and very quickly managed to instruct the Buckinghamshire Building Society which has enabled me to complete my purchase only three days later than planned. I am more than satisfied with your service, well done all round.”

“Fair Mortgages were informative, available and prompt in responding to all our queries. Always willing to answer questions when the arose. All steps of the process were explained fully and in a clear way. A successful outcome in finding a mortgage, and getting it accepted. A few problems along the way which always seemed to be easily solved by the team.”
