“I am very impressed with Robert Gibb and Jennifer Cox at Fairmortgages, I would highly recommend them to my son who is wanting to purchase a property in approx 1 years time (and family friends and work colleagues who are thinking of buying a house). “I was called immediately following my internet enquiry. The advice was prompt and useful and the documentation I had to provide was minimal with scanned copies acceptable. I received decision in principle within an hour and a formal offer in 2 working days. The advisor was personable and knowledgeable and found me a better rate than I found on moneysupermarket.com which suited my circumstances (which were slightly complicated). Can't fault the service.”

“The service I received from Fair Mortgages was at the highest standard. This was both from Adam Kearns in the customer service team dealing with the day-to-day tasks and progressing my mortgage and also from Adam Arnott the mortgage advisor, who talked me and partner through the different options very clearly. “Adam and his team have been amazing, always on hand at any time to answer any questions or help with any minor concerns I had, he kept us updated at every stage of our application and really couldn't have done anymore to help. “Fair Mortgages did a great job in sorting our mortgage. Rob our adviser was professional from day one and kept us informed throughout the whole process. This was the first time we had used a mortgage broker to help us buy a house and we would definitely use this Company again. We got a good mortgage deal based on our requirements and the fee was good value for money. We will be using this mortgage broker again in future.”

“So happy i chose Fair Mortgages. It was the most painless mortgage i've ever applied for and even when i was rejected for one mortgage because the advisors were able to secure me a range of alternative options within the hour. Staff were all professional, polite and friendly and it saved me so much time doing the whole process over the phone and by email. “Would wholeheartedly recommend fair mortgages. They have taken the pain out of navigating the mortgage maze especially in these times of more stringent lending criteria. Our transaction has been far straightforward with a number of false starts and even now as we move through the final stages, I know that I need simply pick up the phone or email and Rob or Adam K. will be able to help.”
