“The quality of the goods is terrible. After only a few hours of use the product looked like I'd had it for years. This is not wear and tear we are talking a couple of hours on first use! I received no assistance from customer service who didn't even offer advice or assistance in trying to rectify the situation. They simply washed their hands of any responsibility. "Their hands are tied" Read the other reviews there is a common theme here! The products aren't cheap and I am extremely upset by the quality. Don't waste your hard earned money! Unless you can afford to use things a couple of times and then throw them away!”
