“Do not trust this company. They only care to the point of getting your money.! They sell you a damaged chair, ignore your complaints, then when you prove it was damaged they give you a refund of 1/2 the purchase price.! Wicked. Did not even say sorry. I have been very upset. They seemed to treat me like a trouble maker but it was their own engineer who confirmed it was damaged from day 1. I had always been happy previously. But they have changed and will not have another 1p from me.”
“Absolutely atrocious service, had to sign a damage disclaimer so if they damaged anything when bringing the settee in we couldn’t claim
They assembled the settee with the plastic wrapping still on
We are pensioners and I had to lift the settee up to remove the plastic wrapping from under the settee
We Would Never buy from them ever again

“I ordered a table and three chairs. The seller was first class and I did not seem just a number, but a person that the seller wanted to please. If needed I would return to this store if I needed anything that they sold.”
“purchased 4 dining room chairs ( not cheap) with a lead time of six weeks... 9 weeks later 2 boxes are delivered by fairway furniture with 2 x 2 chairs inside which had to be built the delivery team refused to take away any packaging as was agreed when purchasing these items, on opening said boxes to check all contents 2 chairs in immaculate condition 2 chairs with minimum protective packaging these chairs had obviously been customer returns as the screws had been used and the threads on the base of one chair was threaded ( so of no use) the stitching on the back of the second chair was all unstitched. having highlighted this to fairway furniture in newton abbot they were very obstructive and down right unhelpful, another 4 /6 weeks for 2 replacement chairs has now transpired into end of january another 9 week wait. i had to cancel my order as no compensation or any apology has been offered. Fairway Furniture NOT AT ANY PRICE. will not be buying from here again”
