“Not happy with the lining up on the three seater. Had an engineer look at it, and he agreed with me. An upholstery technician was sent to put it right. But after a few days it was back out of line.”

“Do not trust this company. They only care to the point of getting your money.! They sell you a damaged chair, ignore your complaints, then when you prove it was damaged they give you a refund of 1/2 the purchase price.! Wicked. Did not even say sorry. I have been very upset. They seemed to treat me like a trouble maker but it was their own engineer who confirmed it was damaged from day 1. I had always been happy previously. But they have changed and will not have another 1p from me.”
“Absolutely atrocious service, had to sign a damage disclaimer so if they damaged anything when bringing the settee in we couldn’t claim
They assembled the settee with the plastic wrapping still on
We are pensioners and I had to lift the settee up to remove the plastic wrapping from under the settee
We Would Never buy from them ever again
