“Zero Customer Support, this experience was way before Covid. Never returned emails or offered any support whatsoever. Great Japanese Blade and poor Swedish service after the sale. Customer are non-existent after the purchase. Worst overseas manufacturer I have ever dealt with in 60 years.”
