I ordered a pool heater and came home to a pallet with pool steps. How do you mistake steps for a pool heater. It now has been 2 weeks with no communication on how the problem is going to be fixed, just wanting me to send pictures. This was done on the day of delivery.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, unless you enjoy frustration and misery.

Do not order from them. They contract with multiple delivery companies and don't tell you of any restrictions on delivery. They never said they won't deliver down a residential driveway. I've had something sitting for 4 months at a delivery company that won't deliver it down my driveway and family pool won't take it back and give me a refund.

This place is a disaster, ordered my pool April 1, 2021 and they telling me July 1, 2020 that I have to wait for the next couple of weeks, customer service sucks, rude unprofessional, bunch of idiots , I should gone with my original company which is Lesliepools, but I was hoping for early delivery so I went with with this disaster company now I’m paying the price for it, stay away from this company.
