“Terrible experience. Was supposed to be shipped in 3-5 business days. I emailed them on day 8 and asked why it wasn’t shipped yet. I received a generic AI response telling me it’s not shipped yet. I emailed back and said I know, I want to talk to a real person who can tell me why. Received an email back two days later, after it had shipped, basically saying “oops! It shipped now!” When I complained they did not care even a little bit. As a commissioner I take these things seriously. Won’t be ordering from them for any of my other leagues.”
“Have bought multiple trophies from Fantasy Champs and will buy one for every single league we fire up!
Pro tip: when you buy a league trophy, if you don't have sufficient league history to fill the number of plaques, purchase a few teams who may win (or absolutely will not) for the current (if midseason) or following year and watch the amount of poop talk that will go on!
