“Terrible experience. Was supposed to be shipped in 3-5 business days. I emailed them on day 8 and asked why it wasn’t shipped yet. I received a generic AI response telling me it’s not shipped yet. I emailed back and said I know, I want to talk to a real person who can tell me why. Received an email back two days later, after it had shipped, basically saying “oops! It shipped now!” When I complained they did not care even a little bit. As a commissioner I take these things seriously. Won’t be ordering from them for any of my other leagues.”
