“Excellent! Normally I cook a whole gammon on the bone for Christmas so was a little worried cooking boned out and rolled but cooked perfectly was moist and delicious”

“First things first - the best bacon I have ever eaten. And my family feel the same. Had so many delicious cuts and dishes so far - the choice is fantastic, quality incredibly high. Trouble is, I find it hard to eat supermarket meat now…job done, I guess! Best discovery of 2021 for me!”

“I am delighted to buy Farmison meat. It is excellent quality. Some meat that is not commonly available, such as mutton, can be bought. I hope that I am helping to preserve the genetic diversity of our national flocks and herds by choosing Farmison meat. That is important to me. The meat always arrived carefully packed and in excellent condition. I was recently delighted to find that my local council recycles polystyrene,too. I am a bit concerned about the gel packs, as I don’t seem to be able to find a recycling place for those, yet. The choice of bigger chickens would be welcome, if that is possible. Thank you for all you do”

“We ordered a 6kg Turkey for Christmas and after brining for 24 hours, stuffing and cooking the end result was possibly the best Turkey we have had. Delivered on time, well packaged, excellent service”

“Unfortunately the sausages wrapped in bacon went off 2 days before the expiry day even though we put them in the fridge the minute they arrived. The turkey paupiette was flavourful, however didn’t come with instructions on cooking temperature or duration, so we overcooked it a bit turning it dry (probably our fault for overcooking though).”
