“The meat was good quality but the packaging is simply deplorable. The organisation could spend more time reducing its environmental footprint by seeking alternatives to unrecyclable plastic and polystyrene (a very dated material).”

“I have had a number of ducks from different places, but I have to tell you the Farmison's Duck I had for christmas was way out the best Duck I have ever had, it was tender had a good taste and good texture and cooked very well. As well as being a good price for such quality produce.”

“Meat is always top quality and very tasty. As there were only 2 of us this year we opted for a duck it was utterly delicious probably the best we have ever had.”

“The turkey ham was delicious and was enjoyed by everyone. Unfortunately, the Heritage Burgers were squashed and 2 packets had the cellophane split open, so they didn't last as long as they should of. After ordering 12 we were only able to consume 4. Better care in the packaging needed, but the 4 we ate were extremely nice.”

“I've now ordered from Farmison 4 times and each purchase I've been delighted with the service and products that I have bought. My buys have been a range of different steak cuts, chickens and Christmas specials and they have all been superb. Having bulk bought, the vac packing the products come in are perfect for freezing and eating a few weeks down the line. I'll definitly be ordering again.”

“The Christmas goose was nothing short of spectacular. Delivered on Christmas Eve, beautifully presented with the added bonus of the offal and extra fat vac-packed for freshness. The goose roasted perfectly and its meat was so tender, delicious and soft, it was like cutting through butter. Skin crisped beautifully and there was plenty of gorgeous fat too. Can't recommend highly enough.”

“ordered our Xmas goose from Farmison & Co in November, bird was delivered fresh on 23rd Dec as promised. Goose arrived in great condition packed with cold pads and lambswool insulation (returnable I believe, though I have not done so yet). Giblets included, separately packaged. Goose (5.5kg) was pretty expensive (£99 delivered) but delicious and gave 10-12 good portions, plus goose fat for roasting spuds for the next 6 months!”
