“A fantastic choice of quality produce from ethical farms - just how meat should be produced. I love the variety of cuts, such a huge choice of different steaks for example. Excellent prices too and the two day delivery is a fantastic asset! Thoroughly recommend!”

“All my previous orders have been great , good quality chicken and beef . My last order I ordered a pre cooked beef joint . It was expensive for what is was even though I had 20% discount in January . I cooked it as directed on the same day and was looking forward to roast beef dinner , It was awful , tough as old boots and tasteless . So bad I gave it to the dogs . I had bought similar from m and s over Christmas and enjoyed it . I contacted customer service the following day to advise them of my disappointment. I have had many orders from farmison and have spent hundreds of pounds with them and this is the first time I have contacted customer service . I wouldn't have bothered normally to complain but like I said it was expensive . The lady on the other end of the phone was lovely and polite and said she would get back to me , that was well over a week ago and I've heard nothing since . So needless to say they have now lost my custom. I will stick to pipers farm instead .”

“Was very pleased to place our first order with £50 competition voucher, unfortunately the delivered order was not ours, but due to the excellent service we received from Dawn our correct order was despatched the next day and the products that we received were of excellent quality, we cannot wait to see if they taste as good as they look.”

“Bought their haggis and diced mutton, both were exceptional quality. The haggis was one of the best I’ve ever tasted and the mutton made a superb Jamaican curry. Will definitely buy from them again”

“I haven’t yet used the meat I ordered, mutton and shin beef but am planning to in the near future. The delivery from Farmison was very good only a matter of a few days from the order. As arranged the order was left in my porch where it was cold, luckily as I was delayed at the hospital. All of the packaging was recyclable which is great and the meat was kept very cold and fresh. x”

“Very poor service. Even though I had placed an order days in advance I was notified the evening before delivery that the majority of my wasn’t in stock. I tried to cancel the entire order as the only reason I bought other items was to get to the minimum order threshold but then told that these items had already been dispatched.”
