“First time ordering - out of desperation to find a chicken that tastes like chicken! Very successful indeed. Excellent service and the chicken was great, as were the lamb shanks (large, no fat). Merguez (lovely to be able to find those) and venison sausages in the freezer for later. So far, so good.”

“Farminson delivered the meat when promised in very good condition, the packaging was superb. We have now tried all of the products, I was not overawed with the lamb, it seems it does not matter how much I pay, lamb just does not taste nice anymore (lamb is my favourite meat). If I am cooking it wrong I would be very happy for you to tell me what I am doing wrong. The Beef and Chicken were lovely and very tasty. Unfortunately, I am not going to be able very often, as even though I am a great believer in buying British, I cannot afford to buy this meat very often. Keep up the good work.”

“I really enjoy ordering from Farmison and Co. the site is easy to navigate and I enjoy the recipes and suggestions as my creativity sometimes runs low! I particularly enjoyed the free postage offer on my last order. Thank you. The produce is excellent and everyone who tastes the Cumberland sausages remarks that they are the most delicious they’ve ever tasted … proper meaty and flavourful.”

“Always excellent quality and choice. Flavour is fantastic. Provenance is paramount and all the meat and poultry can be traced back to the farms. We buy the BBQ products too for when we go salmon fishing, so our evening BBQs are always a huge success with our guests on the riverbank.”

“Ordering from Farmissons is very easy and deliveries can be left in a safe place so need to stay in. Meat is expensive but very good quality and free range and organic, to a degree . My only suggestion would be to have more information about the animals/birds. Although I am confident in the animal welfare, it would be good if the information was a bit clearer about what they are fed on especially the chickens. There is a vast difference between free range and pasture reared. I eat a very low carb diet and prefer to eat animals and birds that have not been fed on grains. Communications ns customer service are always excellent. Any problems, there have been very few, are always dealt with and resolved promptly. Highly recommended, especially the rib-eye steaks.”
