“I have ordered from Farmison a number of times now and have found everything to be of excellent quality. The whole chickens are an absolute revelation - delicious roasted and also as left-over cold meat, plus the carcass makes the most fantastic stock (needs skimming because they are slow grown, with a higher fat content than intensively reared birds) Beef short rib (impossible to get from a standard supermarket) made the most fantastic ragu with long slow cooking and a minimum of preparation or ingredients. The mince (venison, beef & lamb) have all had a good balance of fat to meat and all are delicious. Sausages are great quality and venison burgers made a change from the usual beef variety. Lamb steaks were even sized and made very tasty kebabs and the chicken wings were a lovely mid-week meal. the only two products I was less keen on were the gammon steaks (a bit salty for our tastes) and the corned beef - probably because the texture was not at all like that from the tins that I have been "conditioned" to, Customer service has been outstanding with great communication the couple of times I needed to make contact. An excellent way to buy top-notch meat.”

“Purchased some merguez sausages snd I have to say having had them in France Germany and North Africa these were outstanding. Totally recommend. Purchased ,equally some smoked streaky and the flavour again was worth obviously more than your average supermarket but in my opinion the flavour was worth it.”

“Followed instructions exactly but pastry bottom was very soggy, cooked to 48c using probe and rested perfect rare in middle but was a bit shocked unexpectedly fillet was very chewy in places with some sinew sorry but not the best”

“We had a few things from farmison and co as the website looks good and we want to support independent farmers as much as we can. The meat arrived on time and packaged in a little cool box. The meat was fantastic and we will definitely be ordering from here again.”
