“No fuss ordering. Delivered when they said it would be and the family have enjoyed the meals so far, which they thought were good quality and much better than supermarket equivalents. Sure the burgers will go down a great too when they get to them. Good value and good service.”

“We ordered a Tamahawk Steak for our Christmas Dinner this year. This is the first time we've ordered from Farmison, and the steak was mouth watering delicious. The best quality steak we have ever bought. It came packed really well, with ice packs in an extremely durable container.”

“Extremely helpful and friendly customer services for ordering and delivery. Four stars not five because the defrost instructions on the package did not match the defrost instructions given when clicking the web link to read cooking instructions. Therefore we had not taken the Beef Wellingtons out of the plastic packet and the juices had pooled and made the pastry soggy leading to one of them falling apart. I daresay if we had known (before reading the cooking instructions) to remove the plastic packet then the pastry would have cooked quicker and the beef would have been rarer. Either include the full instructions (which are on the web link) with the delivery (best option), remove defrost instructions from the packet and say refer to web link or at least have the packet instructions reflect the web instructions. The beef wellington were nice, but would have been even better if the meat was cooked less, which would probably have been the case if the pastry hadn't been so soggy! It is a shame to overcook a good cut of meat!”

“I ordered a bespoke box for Christmas, full of all things porky. It had a wonderful pork shoulder joint, bacon, sausages, some boozy cranberry sauce, stuffing balls and more. It looked so good on opening, I posted a picture online and soon had friends asking for a referral! Once cooked, it was all delicious. I can honestly say this is how meat used to taste - no supermarket bland food here - and you know the provenance. In my eyes Farmison cannot be beaten!”

“We had a wing rib of beef from Farmison this Christmas and after blasting it in the oven at 240 degrees for twenty minutes continued at 170 until it reached 52 degrees internal. Rested for an hour or so and then cut into it and.... wow perfectly pink and as soft as butter. Well done Farmison, you never let me down. Also bought a stick of bone marrow to enrich the gravy and found it still in the freezer after the big day???”

“I ordered a duck crown and a leg of pork for over the Christmas period. It was packed brilliantly with ice packs and it was delivered on my chosen date. The duck and the pork was delicious. Farmisan included cooking instructions which I used and I'm delighted that I did. Both the duck crown and the pork was tender and juicy, absolutely delicious. I will definitely buy from them again.”

“We ordered a duck crown to have on Christmas Day - being able to choose a delivery date was incredibly useful, and the packaging meant that it stayed cool until we wanted to use it. The meat itself was delicious - we didn't follow Farmison's directions this time, but it still came out tender and rich. We look forward to following their directions next time - which means we'll definitely be ordering from them again!”

“Although I cooked the turkey crown to your instructions we found it to be rather dry. Normally I follow Delia Smiths cooking instructions. Plenty of flavour. As we don't cook turkey every week I would like to know where iwent wrong.”

“Very pleased with my Crown of Duck on the bone. Christmas plans had to be made late and usually would have opted for a whole bird but this was not available. Crown was excellent, skin crisped, meat moist and flavoursome, Very easy to cook.”
