“We have ordered meat from Farmison on a number of occasions and before this Christmas there was only one time that we had been let down (last year when we had your Wild Venison Haunch - it lacked flavour). This Christmas we ordered two Easy Carve Ducks and we were extremely disappointed! I followed the cooking instructions religiously but when I removed them from the oven I found that they were not cooked all the way through and needed considerable extra cooking. Also, they did not have a great deal of flavour (including the stuffing). But perhaps most frustratingly, they had considerably under-estimated the amount of meat. We were feeding 11 people and ate less than one of the ducks. I always like to have leftovers but that was ridiculous. WHen I raised this issues with Farmison they were very dismissive.”

“I have used Farmison meat for both normal day-to-day meals and very special celebrations. Every order has been excellent both in terms of quality and matching the description on the website. I have been in touch with the customer care telephone on a couple of occasions and I was truly impressed by the knowledge of the Farmison team and their willingness to do anything to help. I also like their approach to the farmers who provide the meat, especially supporting the less common breeds. Farmison might be more expensive than the local supermarket, but worth saving up !”

“I ordered a turkey breast joint with apricot and plum stuffing for our christmas meal.I have to say was the nicest turkey I have ever tasted.Full of flavour and so very moist. Even though I live in Scotland I would certainly order again.The quality of all packaging is extreemly high,my family kept complimenting me saying was a lovely meal. Thank you so much Farmison you made our Christmas just perfect.”

“I was served by Victoria today in their Ripon shop; greeted with exceptionally warm welcome and knowledge of their products. (Including cooking & serving tips) I purchased the flank steaks, which in my opinion taste better than steaks 10x the price. Thanks again for a great experience and lovely steak. 10/10, could not recommend more.”

“We recently ordered a stuffed duck from Farmison for Christmas, our first order from this company. To say the duck was delicious is a bit of an understatement it was delicious and made our Christmas very special. Delivery was prompt and meat arrived chilled and beautifully packed on the day promised. We will be back for more!”

“Ordered my parents a (heritage) salted Ox Tongue as part of their usual Christmas food tradition and they said it was the best they have ever had! (In the past they used to get from a local butcher but due to no demand they stopped selling them). Fantastic packaging (blocks still frozen) and safely/timely delivered by DPD as advised. Overall very pleased and would highly recommend.”

“I ordered my Christmas meat from Farmison and was exceptionally pleased with the whole process. The website is very easy to use and there is a great range of products. I ordered a turkey and piece of beef fillet. Both items were delivered on time and in packaging to keep it cold so I didn't have to find space in my full fridge for these items. I also didn't have to be in. The meat itself was very good quality. Very tender and full of flavour. I would definitely use them again.”

“Re Stuffed Turkey Crown This was delivered on time in perfect condition. Cooking instructions were very easy and it cooked to perfection. The meat was extremely moist and tasty and the stuffing really complimented it. Thoroughly enjoyed by 10 of us with plenty left over to enjoy later.”
