“First and foremost the food was mouth wateringly delicious. But I was also impressed with the customer service - we received an incorrect order, but after a short phone call, the correct order arrived the very next day and everything was handled with the minimum of fuss.”

“I was late ordering a turkey this Christmas but Farmison we’re able to supply a turkey that was excellent. Their service was also very good from ordering to delivery and I was very impressed with how the turkey was packaged. Thank you Farmison.”

“I sent a box of food to family friends for a Christmas treat and they really enjoyed it. Particular highlights were the pork pie and the Nidderdale sausages. Delivery was ideal because I could pick a day and a time slot. Thank you!”

“Ordered meat week before Christmas. Delivery on time, unfortunately I received wrong joint of beef & bacon. I was quite stressed when I contacted Victoria at Farmison but didn’t need to be, Victoria gave me superb customer service, couldn’t apologise enough, explained how error occurred and despatched correct items immediately which I received 10am following morning. Victoria followed up next day to ensure everything was received ok. Sirloin beef joint was high quality and tasted delicious, customer service excellent. I will definitely use Farmison again. If it wasn’t for 2 incorrect items being delivered I would have easily given 5 *”

“I ordered beef rib, initially I put in the wrong delivery date and this was sorted easily with a phone call. The beef arrived on time, it was well packed and very fresh looking. I was able to use your online cooking instructions which was very helpful. The beef had a lovely flavour and was enjoyed by all. A great success!”
