“I bought an Easy Carve Turkey Galantine with Bacon & Winter Fruits and added some turkey gravy to the order as I never have enough to satisfy my family. The Galantine was excellent and my fears that there may be too high a proportion of stuffing in relation to the meat were totally unrealised. Following the instructions provided gave us a perfectly roasted bird and it was definitely easy to carve. If we had any tiny quibble it was that the strings tying the bird got entangled in the bacon so it was difficult to serve diners with a reasonable piece of bacon, and certainly not a complete rasher. The gravy was also a little watery. However, the meat was excellent and is likely to bring you new customers as well as my repeat business. Thank you for helping to make our Christmas dinner extra special.”

“Excellent, in every way. Quality of meat, delivery, packaging and taste. I decided to begin eating meat again after 7 years as a vegetarian and wanted to do so ethically. We had a 2kg Turkey Breast for Christmas dinner, beef dripping on the potatoes and have some venison in the fridge, alongside some beef joints and steaks. Only made two orders so far, but cannot fault it.”

“I found these guys on a Google search. I ordered (what was a huge) Christmas Turkey from them. It was excellent. The meat cooked beautifully (the skin was crispy, and not gelatinous as can be the case with cheaper cuts of poultry). The delivery service was on time, and as expected. The box it came in was majority recyclable too - which is a win.”
