“Great customer service, arrived exactly on time in a well packaged cool box. Nice juicy sous vide Turkey Breasts that cooked a treat in the suggested time. Just a little difficulty locating the cooking recipe on the website, a cooking card would be more useful.”

“All our meat has come from Farmisons since we discovered them ten-ish years ago, always delicious, always with impeccable provenance and deeply responsible farming values, and alway delivered efficiently, in perfect condition and at the predicted time. Yesterday we served 140 pork sausages wrapped in bacon to guests at a party, with the plum and hoisin sauce Farmisons recommended, and they were praised to the skies and vanished at terrifying speed! Yet another Farmisons triumph...”

“Farmison & Co truly exceeded my expectations! The customer service was excellent, with quick responses to queries and a smooth ordering process. Prices are fair, especially for the premium quality offered. Delivery was prompt, and the items arrived well-packaged, ensuring freshness. I haven’t had to deal with returns or refunds, but I trust their process would be just as seamless. The meats are fantastic! The lamb sausages were tender and full of flavour, the Jacob’s Ladder heritage beef ribs were incredibly succulent, and the 32-day dry-aged cote de boeuf was one of the best cuts I’ve ever tasted—perfectly marbled and bursting with flavour. I’ll definitely be ordering frequently. Highly recommend!”

“Hi, I made a mistake in the ordering process and looked to change the order immediately but there is no functionality on your website (that I could find) that allows a customer to do so. The options a customer has are to either email or call (both of which I did) but when you are placing an order online out of hours the order is processed before staff are able to intervene . I think it is incredibly unusual for a online customer of any business to have zero ability to change or cancel that order before an order is committed 100%. I appreciate that most if not all of your products are good to freeze but as a response to the issue it sort of misses the point and assumes that everyone has the ability to freeze which I don't. Unfortunately I'll have to reorder another joint for Christmas day at a significant additional cost to me. A great shame as the rest of the experience had been positive. I did speak to customer services who were friendly enough but didn't accept there was any sort of an issue and therefore were unable to provide a solution. Best Tom”

“Farmison products are great quality, obviously more expensive than supermarkets but you are paying for quality produce. The ordering process is so easy and delivery timely with excellent packing and ice bags to keep the products fresh. Wld thoroughly recommend”
