“We ordered a duck this Christmas. It was delivered on time, exactly as we had requested and beautifully prepared and packed. Absolutely delicious. Hot, then cold, really good right to the last. Excellent stock followed - and of course some good duck fat for future roast potatoes. We will definitely repeat and recommend to others.”

“First time buying from Farmiston, delivered on the day I requested the Christmas goose was first class and completely oven ready with giblets and fat removed and fresh herbs included and the shoulder of lamb just fell off the bone. I love the fact that the packaging is completely recyclable and encourage you to return it to them for reuse. Will definitely use again.”

“I have ordered so many products from you over the last year and all my Christmas meat from Turkey, Venison, pies, dry aged Sirlion, Beef Fillet and I can honestly say everything has been such high quality and very, very tasty. I love everything from the wide variety of products - local breed animals, the website, thoughtful packaging, always delivered promptly and the cooking instructions which is a nice touch and very handy. I have never had such a beautiful and scrumptious turkey - we had the Dorset Bronze Crown - delicious! definitely one for next year too! I will continue to place more orders from you and wish you all the best.”

“Used Farmison for the first time for a nice piece of beef for Christmas. On 20th December I ordered a rolled fore rib to be delivered on the 22nd December, straight away I was pleased with them being so accommodating of my lack of foresight! It arrived on time, brilliantly packaged and on delivery it was clear it had been kept at a great temperature in transit. Got it out on Christmas Day, cooked following Farmison’s own instructions and wow. It was fantastic, we couldn’t get over how soft, melty and full of flavour it was, it was so soft you barely needed to use your knife. One of the nicest pieces of beef I’ve had. As with most things in life, if you want top quality, you pay higher prices but i’d wholeheartedly say the price is fully justified and well worth it. I have already recommended Farmison to family and friends because of how convenient it is to have it delivered and how they’re clearly selling top end, well looked after meat. 10/10”

“Tried Farmisson & Co on the recommendation of my niece. Ordered all our Christmas meat including two large beef ribs, turkey parcels and other snacks as well as roasties for delivery on the 22nd of December. Communication about the order was fantastic. Delivery on time and all round a fantastic service. Meat was delicious, tender and moist. The roast potatoes crispy and tasty. All round an excellent service - seamless, value for money and to your door.”

“I bought the 'Winter Spiced boned turkey breast' for Christmas dinner. I was a bit apprehensive as I have always bought a whole bird before and have never really liked the breast meat as I find it dry. However, cooking this using a meat thermometer to the recommended internal temperature rather than to a specific time resulted in a perfect, moist and very tasty piece of meat. I will definitely order something similar again in the future.”

“I ordered the Turkey Galantine for our Christmas meal and it was absolutely superb. I cooked it to the instructions that came when I ordered it. The meat was so tasty and moist. More than enough for the seven of us, and with enough left over for a Boxing day Turkey and Gammon pie. Farmison never dissapoints. Graham.”

“Amongst other items, I bought a venison cushion, which was wonderful. I would suggest though that a little more information had been available concerning cooking instructions. In the event, I used the cushion of lamb recipe which worked very well indeed.”
