“Really excellent quality on every order we've ever made, and totally reliable dispatch. We have tried their chicken (whole, spatchcock, and pieces), sausages, pork, beef, lamb, both cheaper cuts for family meals and more expensive wellingtons and beef roasts for Christmas and other occasions. More expensive than the supermarket, but you get what you pay for. Their cooking directions are also spot on.”

“The meat is fantastic. The delivery is fantastic. You might think this is a 'high end' supplier for the well off. Don't be fooled. Their bargain box is superb - how they haven't put up the price yet I'll never know. Plus the 'offers' section houses goodies at very realistic prices. All promptly delivered in ice-packed thermo boxes (I keep and refreeze the ice-packs to use in my fridge as it's dodgy!). Thanks Farmison - quality meat at realistic prices.”

“I purchased the 750g fillet of beef to try before ordering for Xmas. I wasn’t disappointed. It was utterly fabulous. I also ordered the Nidderdale sausages which were very good. I ordered a brace of pheasant & it was the best I have had in years. Items are not cheap but the quality is superb & well worth it. Packing was good also though no timed delivery which would be helpful rather than an 12 hour possible delivery window.”

“The chateaubriand was to die for. small issue with the venison burgers that seemed to have small bits of bone in them, but these things happen and the taste was amazing. Would definitely use again, responsibly sourced and great quality.”

“First-class service. Produce is of high quality and flavour and a pleasure to cook and eat! more variety of meat, cuts of meat and preparation of meat than one can get from a supermarket. I feel paying extra for quality produce of a consistent portion size that doesn't contain additives results in a satisfying finished cooked produc that's a pleasure to eat.”

“I like the ethos behind this company. I like to support our British farmers and have decided to eat less meat and make sure it is of better quality. The range of cuts available is far higher than any supermarket. The service is fast and comes well chilled. My only quibble , and it is just a personal thing, I would like more garlic in the chicken Kievs.!!”
