“We ordered fillet steak and a gammon for Christmas. Fillet was 4/5. Gammon was 0/5 - the toughest joint we have had in 30 years of cooking this for Christmas Eve. I emailed them on 26th December regarding the gammon - received a holding response after 1 week and nothing since. So 1 star overall, following a deduction for the most appalling customer service.”

“Meat as always superb. Unfortunately not all of what I ordered arrived, which meant a rush out to get replacements. I reported the issue as soon as the delivery arrived but it took 36 hours for a response following a chase via email.”

“As a customer unable to digest animal fats, the only time I eat meat is at celebration time! This limits my meat intake to Venison or Ostrich. For Christmas and New Year I ordered two Venison rolls, both of which were nicely prepared ready to roast although my choice was to marinate them prior to cooking. The parcel from Farmison arrived on the date advised and the contents were well packed.”

“Service is very good from ordering to delivery. I was disappointed with my smoked gammon this year it wasn't as good as last years even though it was cooked the same boiled. I found it tough-ish and rather dry with very little smoke flavour it was more like a plain one.”

“All delivered on time, well prepred and packed and the cooking instructions were absolutely right. Could have just done with more of the cranberry stuffing to have added a bit more 'zing' to the three bird roast.”
