“Evitati FD! Nu recomand cumparaturile de pe acest site! Genius este o inselatorie!! Comenzi intarziate 10 zile, retururi neonorate, marfa de bazar… multe fake-uri…angajatii isi bat joc de clienti pun bete in roate pentru ca tu sa nu mai cumperi de la ei…si atunci…..mai bine faci cumparaturi apelan la alte platforme mult mai serioase ca FD.Mi s-a interzis returul din show room sau on line pe motiv ca am prea multe retururi.”

“O platforma gestionata de amatori facuta de cei de la EMag, care incearca sa jongleze cu preturile produselor. Produse aparent noi, cu un aspect si o calitate de SH. Inca populatia tarii, accepta astfel de practici si calitati.”

“Abonamentul genius este o inselatorie : astepti cel putin doua zile doar sa prinesti codul de retur , banii se primesc mult mai târziu în realitate ! Livrările pt clienții genius se fac și ele de fapt cu mare intarziere ,în niciun caz a doua zi ! Banii plătiți pt abonamentele genius sunt bani aruncați iar reclama facuta este total înșelătoare: ar trebui sa se sesizeze protecția consumatorilor ! Asta este reclama mincinoasa facuta de eMAG și fashion days! "Beneficiezi de Returul Magic pentru produsele vândute și livrate de eMAG și Fashion Days dacă ai un card salvat în contul de client și vrei să returnezi un produs care încape într-unul din sertarele easybox. Tot ce trebuie să faci este să inițiezi o cerere de retur pe eMAG sau pe Fashion Days cu predare personală la easybox, iar contravaloarea produsului îți va fi returnată pe același card salvat cu care ai achitat, în cel mult 30 de minute din momentul în care ai introdus coletul în sertar și ai închis ușa."”

“Daca intamplator trebuie sa cumparati ceva de la FashionDays, sa nu faceti plata antcipat, sunt niste escroci, nu mai livreaza, sau fac livrarea dupa vreo doua saptamani, daca nu le faci plata te trezesti a doua zi ca vine un curier cu foamea in glanda de la ei, deci concluzia nu platiti anticipat la FashionDays.”

“Am asteptat 10 zile dupa un tricou si intr-un final nu l-am mai primit. Comanda avea un nr de telefon gresit dar n-am primit AWB pentru a lua legatura cu firma de curierat. Fashion days au zis ca au actualizat nr de tel al comenzii si in cele din urma cand am sunat sa-mi anuleze comanda mi-au zis ca s-a intors deja la ei.”

“Awful company don’t order from there. I have ordered those boots and guess what? Little did i know i waited 2 months for nothing. They wasted not only my time but also didnt deliver my boots and mistaken my courier firm. Also i didnt receive the boots because the courier returned it to fashiondays and fashionday made this mistake.”

“Faci o comanda de mai multe produse și acestea nu vin toate în aceeași timp de parca as fi făcut mai multe comenzi!Pe lângă asta îți și întârzie comanda și apoi sa nu poți ridica celelalte produse..apoi iar sa mai aștepți sa iti fie restituiti banii iar dacă vrei sa faci din nou comanda de aceleași produse oups ori nu mai sunt pe stoc ori sunt mai scumpe în condițiile în care greșeală este a voastră!”

“O aplicație de 2 bani,numai minciuni!!! Am vrut sa comand de black friday si ce sa vezi,surpriza,aplicatia nu mai merge. Am bagat duminica seara la favorite cateva articole si dimineata nu mai era nimic la favorit.Mincinosi ordinari!👎👎👎”

“Daca stiam... Degeaba ai Genius, livrarea a mai fost decalata o zi, va fi, cu noroc, 3 zile de la comanda, iar eu plec din tara. Numai pentru asta, si merita sa le fac retur.”

“Their Dressing Room option is misleading. Initially, you're told that you can buy now and either pay in four separate installments or after 30 days, with an allocated budget of 1000 RON for both of these (in my case). I tried to place an order using the "payment in 30 days" option, but wasn't able to select it at checkout. After contacting customer support and waiting for a few days, they said my account isn't eligible for that option at all, without providing a proper explanation as to why. This is despite my order being within the available budget and their site/promotional campaign stating that I should benefit from both payment options. Long story short: I wasted 3 hours for nothing, and eventually found all the products I would've ordered at lower prices on other, more reputable websites. Also, the Fashion Days platform itself has a messy layout, buggy search filters, and a limited product range compared to other retailers. I won't be using this site again and certainly don't recommend it.”

“Produs returnat acum 2 luni de zile si nu mi-au trimis banii inapoi in cont, am discutat cu 5 agenti si niciunul dintre ei nu au solutionat problema, cu siguranta produsul a fost furat din departamentul de retur si eu sunt amanat in fiecare zi! Mare grija la retururi. O sa fac plangere la OPC retur comanda: #1325708068”

“I have been a regular customer of Fashion Days. And after all my orders, now they would not change and item from my order. Not the whole order, but just one item. I don't even want my money back, all i want is a different size. Their customer service - not up to standard. Finally not even a call that they promised but just an email saying we can't change your order. And the email was not sent from Fashion Days, but from EMAG.”

“Ordered my products 5 days ago , paid in front and they haven't sent anything yet. Each time I call them , they say that the products are on their way but I haven't received anything :) very disappointing.”

“Horrible, I placed an order, after a few days I received a mail that one item was not available and to reply to them. Ok, I did, absolutely no answer and no delivery of the rest of my order.”

“Set an order on 8th of may. On 12 I received a sms that my order will arrive in approximately 3 day. And then nothing, soon to be 2 weeks later without my order. I tried writing to them, of course no answer”

“Awful service. Missed the delivery deadline, products never received. Unwilling to keep to their terms and conditions. They say they are responsible for the 3rd parties but don't keep their contract. Cannot get my money back because they cannot cancel the order unless the delivery service returns the package (which I have never seen or touched). So they have my products and my money and we're waiting for the delivery service to NOT LOSE my package so I can get my money back.”

“I had a great first experience with Fashion days. Even though I had to return my entire order and replace part of it, the customer service team was very receptive and helpful. I got part of my money back in no time and they re-sent my order very fast and with the product I wanted which fitted really good.”
