“I have been a regular customer of Fashion Days. And after all my orders, now they would not change and item from my order. Not the whole order, but just one item. I don't even want my money back, all i want is a different size. Their customer service - not up to standard. Finally not even a call that they promised but just an email saying we can't change your order. And the email was not sent from Fashion Days, but from EMAG.”

“Ordered my products 5 days ago , paid in front and they haven't sent anything yet. Each time I call them , they say that the products are on their way but I haven't received anything :) very disappointing.”

“Horrible, I placed an order, after a few days I received a mail that one item was not available and to reply to them. Ok, I did, absolutely no answer and no delivery of the rest of my order.”

“Set an order on 8th of may. On 12 I received a sms that my order will arrive in approximately 3 day. And then nothing, soon to be 2 weeks later without my order. I tried writing to them, of course no answer”

“Awful service. Missed the delivery deadline, products never received. Unwilling to keep to their terms and conditions. They say they are responsible for the 3rd parties but don't keep their contract. Cannot get my money back because they cannot cancel the order unless the delivery service returns the package (which I have never seen or touched). So they have my products and my money and we're waiting for the delivery service to NOT LOSE my package so I can get my money back.”

“Am primit mail precum produsul meu favorit are pret mai mic si cand verific, este acelasi pret de acum o luna, adica 269 lei, dar scria redus de la 449. Nu era nici o reducere diferita. Ii credeam mai seriosi.”
