“I ordered a jacket at the beginning of December and was emailed a few days later to say it was out of stock but would be back in stock a few days later, and then posted. It is now 29th December and the jacket has still not arrived. I have emailed numerous times with no reply and called repeatedly but the phone has never once been answered.”
“Received my order and was incorrect. Agreed I would return incorrect flies and correct ones would be sent out plus some additional to cover my postage costs. So far only the replacements and nothing to cover my postage due to their error. Order was not insignificant value and am happy to share how poor their customer service is. Have emailed them but no response!!”
