“ I had an issue with fastway previously where a courier kept my parcel for themselves, but now they state that my latest delivery address was incorrect, never mind the fact that I picked 1 of their own drop off points and after 1 "failed delivery" with no contact or notification they've returned my delivery, can't contact them myself ”

“ Fastway is absolutely terrible. It has been over a week and my parcel still hasn’t been delivered. Nobody answers the phone, and emails are completely ignored. The customer service is non-existent and the lack of communication is unacceptable. This is by far one of the worst delivery companies I have ever dealt with. I would never recommend Fastway to anyone. ”
