Still no refund Amie is a liar apparently it was issued on the 29th? today is the 14th so her maths ain’t adding up at all.. Don’t believe her responses. They not issued nothing!!! My bank would see something on their system they even said this company is avoiding in doing the right thing! I’ve had to get visa dispute involved.. which will be crediting my account on the 15th of December. If you check the google reviews too this company doesn’t like to refund and clearly they think their responses are superior, when in fact they are just sub par!! And they say the same typical bullsh*t to most of the customers that have an issue.. and FYI AMIE the only challenging interactions here is from you and that other muppet Neil!! So many decent company’s out there that actually care for customers these scammers just want your money and nothing else.. STAY CLEAR!!!!

Worse company I’ve ever dealt with.. Cancelled an order on the 29th November and still no refund.. today is the 13th of December.. all you get from this company is rhetorical lies about how many departments they have.. and they all deal with different things.. hmmm for a tiny shop how is clicking a refund button so hard to grasp.. seems like some have had the same issue if your read some trust pilot reviews.. First and last time for me.. and if you want a refund I’ll pray for you as you’re gonna need the patience of a saint.

After putting in an order, I realized I made a mistake and immediately tried to cancel the order by contacting the store. The store never got back to me and sent the order anyways. With shipping being international, it’s basically not financially worth returning. All this could have avoided if the store allowed for automated order cancellations or checked their emails.

I am yet to receive this package and when I try to track it, DPD have informed me that there is an 'issue' processing it. Please contact me to sort this out as I have still been charged for the items but haven't received anything!

Quite fast delivery but they delivered the wrong trainers, not even close in colour or style to the ones I ordered, I won’t use them again, sorry

I have ordered a black Carhartt Jacket and when the jacket arrived the color is not the same as shown on the website, it’s a faded black. I am not able to return this as for a sale items there is only 14 days for return and I was away for 2 weeks. Disappointing.

I had an issue with one of the spray cans it was spitting using the cap provided which affected the painting I was doing. I emailed you for advice and had nothing back. I have emailed you but nothing

Received a spray can with no lid or nozzle attached. When put together it was leaking everywhere, I contacted the complaints department and they sent a message on how to shake it and leave it upside down when the issue wasn’t about it not coming out, it was about it not spraying and leaking from everywhere making it of no use. I emailed them back and didn’t even get a response and it’s been over a week.

Absolutely atrocious. I paid for next day delivery, it ended up taking 4 days to arrive. When I contacted customer services about this delay asking for a refund on the postage, I was told it was not actually next day (despite clearly saying next day) and I needed premium delivery for next day. Again this was not stated AT ALL at checkout. The customer service team was absolutely atrocious at dealing with this, the only help I got was from chasing this up with DPD directly, and they still couldn't do much due to this company being uncooperative. I ended up having to get this refunded through PayPal as the support team was refusing to do anything until I mentioned contacting trading standards. I would not recommend purchasing from here without external buyers protection as they are incredibly unhelpful as soon as there is a problem. I would recommend ordering from somewhere more reliable and will never be using this "business" again.

Hi Natasha, Sorry to hear you feel unhappy regarding the delay in your parcel, yes I appreciate that your parcel was delayed by 1 day, on the 2nd day it was out for delivery you asked DPD to deliver it the following day as the time slot for that day was not suitable, DPD agreed to deliver before 12 pm to accommodate you, and I can see it has been delivered as promised. With a courier service, the occasional delay caused by crashes on the road or accidents can happen, that is why we mention on the site it is not a guaranteed service, but it has a 98% delivery rate. We answered your many emails within a few hours.

E' la prima volta che usavo FRUGO e sarà anche l'ultima. Ho ordinato un paio di scarpe a Fr. 89.-- più Fr. 20.99 per spese di spedizione. Al momento della consegna ho dovuto pagare ulteriori Fr. 25.85 che non erano previsti e non erano nemmeno menzionati durante l'acquisto. Totale della spesa Fr. 135.89. Trovavo queste scarpe in molti altri siti a prezzi decisamente più bassi. Pessima esperienza !!!

I didn't pay taxes for my parcel that was shipped to Lithuania, cuz the amount of taxes was too big relative to the cost of the parcel. I expected that I'll be recharged my money minus the cost of courier services. But it's about three months have passed and still no money received. I've written to FBS team three times but there was no response. Besides, it was unclear to me from the information page of the site that the terms of delivery described refer to delivery within the UK only.

I usually don’t give bad reviews, but in this case and despite I think the store is great, be aware if you order from outside the UK. I am from Mexico and have been waiting a month and a half and haven’t received it, I have not had a resolution from the store. The main problem is that I was offered shipping service with DHL, that’s why I decided to purchase here in the first place, but the reality is that my order was shipped with an unknown company to me, Interparcel. It has been a complete nightmare, nobody knows, or they don’t tell me, what is going on, I have not received my products, the money has gone and little or null response from the store and the 3 carriers that at this point have been involved in the transportation of my order. I was tricked with the shipping method and now nobody answers. I feel I was scammed and I have proof I was lied about it. So be aware.

Really disappointed! The first time I ordered from you, the DPD delivery driver threw my parcel over the 6ft gate at the entrance of the courtyard where we live, fortunately a neighbour spotted it and brought it to me. The last order the DPD delivery driver claimed to attempt delivery, I was home and nobody called, I have asked for evidence of attempted delivery but none given. Now I either have to inconvenience myself by taking time to travel to the collection point or pay for the postage. Your so called customer service person Evelyn has been doggedly avoiding accepting any accountability on the part of fstbuddha but put the onus on myself the paying customer to put right the wrongs of DPD. What happened to consumer rights? So you have 3 negative reviews now to balance the books. Kind regards Trevor

Wouldn't even have given 1star. Bought 2cans of Montana crackle spray paint, followed the instructions, absolutely very poor result. Emailed customer service, after being questioned through several emails on how it was used, requested a refund, still no further on. Will not entertain buying anything from this company. Poor and unhelpful service.
