“Items were sent out with quick notice and delivered in perfect time, especially this close to Christmas. Items we packaged nicely and even came with a small free bag of sweets which was a nice touch.”

“I placed an order on the 29th of November for two bags of different sizes. When the package arrived on the 5th of December, I discovered they had sent two of the same small bags. I contacted customer service immediately. Initially, they were helpful and asked me to return the incorrect bag, promising to send the right size straight away once they received it. I did exactly as asked, yet here we are on the 15th of December, and I still do not have my item. When I contacted them again today, I was simply told the information would be passed to the "web team," which was not helpful at all. This was not my mistake- I paid for these items- yet I have been waiting over two weeks and still only have half my order. If I had known how terrible this experience would be, I never would have bought from Fat Buddha Store.”

“Ordered my item on a Saturday, dispatched on the Monday and delivered by Royal mail on the Thursday 🦾 I was emailed updates through the whole process 🦾 My item was £10 cheaper than other sites 🦾”

“Terrible service ordered over a week ago and still no update as to when i may receive my order. Very frustrating and definitely wont be using again . Can’t get through on the phone to the websale department only the shop who are unable to answer any questions. Have received emails from an AI generated person asking if i still want my order! All round s**tshow!”

“Needed a particular colour Yeti mug for my niece's Christmas present. Yeti had no stock of said colour. Fat Buddha not only stocked the colour, but were able to ship from Glasgow to Swansea in just a couple of days. Packaged well and arrived safely with Royal Mail. Another brilliant independent shop who I must start supporting more. Thank You.”

“Ordered over £600 of items on Tuesday, allegedly next day delivery. Nothing. Literally impossible to talk to anyone "leave a message" that no one gets back to. First time using this company. Definitely the last.”
