“Fat Buddah had the hard to get paint products I was looking for. Ordering online was easy, and delivery was reliable and quick - next day. Just one gripe - the order screen offered me a reduction of £1 if I did a Facebook like - this I did but there was no reduction.”

“Enjoyed browsing in the Glasgow store where I saw the trainers which I then ordered when I returned to Skye. Delivery was good but surprised the postage came to £11:95. What happened to " free delivery for orders over £50:00? Other than that,good service.”

“Great service from everyone at fat Buddha, great communication. However, I would recommend using a different delivery service as UKMail is shocking. I waited in 3 days as the driver kept getting 'delayed' and would get a text from the service the following morning saying it would get delivered that day. Today it finally got delivered but not to my door. I couldn't wait in any longer today and found the package had been left at the bottom of the flat stairwell for anyone to take”

Hi Charlotte, Sorry, but sometimes the courier takes the shortcut rather than doing the job properly, we understand this reflects on us and since your comment we have moved to a new courier but only time will tell if all couriers are as bad as each other. “Very quick service and delivery of a well priced, (bargain), pair of trainers. Only negative point is that they sent me a discount code, but when I went to apply it , it was only valid for clothing. I only found this out after phoning them.”

“Really like the store, all the products and the service was really good. The only thing that stopped me from giving 5 stars is the online shop badly needs updated, myself and my friend both ordered a few items only to find that some of the items were not available and out of stock, however the items were still online. Keep up the great customer service though, refunds were arranged quickly and items dispatched in good time.”

“Mostly have had good service from Fatbuddha and on the odd acasion when things didn't go right, they went out of their way to put things right. At a great cost to themselves. So I'm a happy customer. My only gripe with fatbuddha is phoning them. I have very rarely had the phone answered by a person who wants to help. And they can be very abrupt. And the 3 acasions I've had to phone them, twice I've actually got no where. Most of my ordering is done from their website and have never really had a problem, when I don't actually have to interact with them. But I would suggest fatbuddha seriously needs to do some staff training when dealing with customers over the phone. And they need to arm they staff with knowledge.”
