“I'd heartily recommend any shop that treats toy like this one. I ordered a razor which was shown as being in stock but due to an error was actually out of stock. They contacted me quickly, explained the error, offered me two alternatives as well as my money back. The razor I ordered was delivered quickly although the blades were missing from inside the (sealed) box. This was not the fault of the store but the razor company. I rang them, spoke to a friendly and helpful lady who sent me a set of blades which arrived within 24 hours. I'd definitely shop there again. Great customer service.”
