“Fat Llama is a great platform for camera rentals. We've worked with them for quite some time. Their fees are bit more than other platforms like Kitsplit and Sharegrid but they also provided great customer service by being available any time with a quick phone call. Though now they can't be reached by phone any more. They are quick to reply through chat.”
“Fat Llama is really easy to use and the team are always really quick to respond to queries and are always really helpful.
One thing which can sometimes be difficult is when people request to rent items when it's too late to organise handover - if Fat Llama could make it possible to block requests that are not in line with our opening hours that would be really helpful. (For instance, same-day requests when it is past our opening hours or requests to borrow over the weekend when it is past our opening hours on a Friday.)
It would also be useful if certain items could be joined together on calendars. For instance, if someone rents out an item, that forms a part of another item, it would be good if the other item (which is now missing the original item) could be blocked from being requested too.

“Fat Llama is new to the States but so far so good, they have a pretty wide selection of equipment which is fantastic. They also have great promos. I would recommend them. I am hoping as they go they have more rental options and a website thats a tad easier to navigate.”
