“I want to give them minus -5 stars for their customer support. I wrote them some e-mails, messages on messenger, but no one answered. My account is: 320226. I have a problem logging into my account. I think that FBS is a big fake. I want to log in and withdraw my deposit. This is my money and I need my money but FBS stuck my money. “I had very bad experience with fbs.com stay away from this broker if you want save from scam just never open account with fbs.com here i am telling my personal experience.
I have a standard account number when i deposit my money it instantly loaded to my account. when i am trying to get my money back they keep rejecting withdrawals, its more than a year now and tried to withdrawal my funds with no success. This is totally scam. I am stuck with my $7231. And also very wide spared compare to any other broker. They charge 10% charges as commission on Zero spread account. Stay away from this broker.”
