“I had a very bad experience , after i received my package . i had some missing parts ,i called the customer service , you feel you are talking to a robot not a human being , doesn't understand your issues and ready to charge you again one more time for the missing parts. very bad , DON'T ORDER FROM THEM”

“The fan overheats after about 15 min if the outside temp is above about 80 degrees. I told them about it and they said it has no warranty because its used outside. I explained it has dont that from the beginning and they said sorry.”

“Purchased two 15' feather flags double sided with in ground poles. Quality of flags was good but both poles snapped close to the base within 3 months of purchasing. Customer service was poor and unwilling to help outside of purchassing another stake. Recommend flags but hardware is cheap.”
